2002-2003 (Senior): Started at 171 lbs... recorded a 7-2 record before suffering a season ending elbow injury. 2001-2002 (Junior): Started at 160 lbs... qualified for his first state tournament by placing 3rd in the region... also placed 3rd at the Howard County Tournament and earned his first tournament title at the Francis Scott Key Christmas Tournament... placed 3rd at the Western Branch Rotational. 2000-2001 (Sophomore): Originally won the starting 160 lbs. position before losing to Senior Brett Gailey in a wrestle-off... placed 3rd at the Atholton JV Tournament... won the title at the Howard County JV Tournament. BEFORE HIGH SCHOOL: No wrestling experience prior to High School PERSONAL: Has two younger brothers that both attend Atholton High School. Younger brother Collin wrestled for Hammond at 189 lbs. in 2002.
