Qualfied for his second state tournament and placed 6th there... was a region runner-up to Northwest's French Pope... won his first Howard County Championship over River Hill's Matt Shevland... took 3rd at the Lackey Christmas Tournament. 1998-1999 (Junior): Started at 140 lbs... qualified for his first state tournament by placing 4th in the South Region... took 6th at the Howard County Tournament... placed 4th at the Lackey Christmas Tournament... Member of Marylands Freestyle and Greco-Roman National Team. 1997-1998 (Sophomore): Was undefeated on JV at 130 lbs... was 6-6 in Varsity matches... won the JV County Tournament... placed sixth at the Lackey Christmas Tournament... won the Patuxent JV Tournament... JV Most Valuable Wrestler. 1996-1997 (Freshman): Was 10-2 on JV at 119 lbs... placed 3rd at the JV County Tournament... took 3rd at the West Lake JV Tournament. BEFORE HIGH SCHOOL: Wrestled a year with HCW Hammond Rec team. PERSONAL: Younger brother of Scott Osborn, Hammond Wrestler and 1998 Graduate. Scott was a County Champion and placed 2nd in the State.
