Hey guys, great season this year. I apologize for not coming back as much as I would have liked to, but I just wanted to stress the importance of off season wrestling, because it is never too late to start practicing for next year.
Go wrestle at as many freestyle/greco roman tournys as possible. They help your folkstyle matches out a lot, and will transfer over into your season. If Ryan and Jason are unavailible to coach, myself as well as other alumni would be more than happy to be there. Because there was always someone availible giving up their valuable time when we needed someone.
Join another club when headhunters isn't practicing to get more mat time in. I know me and eric yee always went to Orange Crush to wrestle with coach howell over the summers, and that helped us both tremendously.
Theres a lot of young talent, and I hope to see a great season next year. I hope all is well, and I'll see you all soon.
