Format:
The Hammond Invitational will be a pool tournament round robin following a dual format. Individual wrestlers will then be seeded in to a bracket based on
their individual records.
Scoring:
Round Robin Pool Rounds:
2 points per win
Bonus Points:
Major = 1 point
Tech Fall = 1.5 points
Fall / Forfeit = 2 points
Bracket Tourney Round:
Semi-Final losers wrestle for 3rd
2 points for win in Quarterfinals & Semi-Finals
1 point for win in Consolation Round
Placement Points:
1st = 16
2nd = 12
3rd = 9
4th = 7
5th = 5
6th = 3
